Our commitment to being a responsible company

Our Corporate Social Responsibility practices are tightly integrated into our culture and business.  They fall into two key areas, how we treat employees and our environmental impact.

At eCom Scotland, we are committed to changing the way people work, live, play, and learn in more sustainable ways. Together with customers, partners, and employees, we have a unique opportunity to apply technology to help us reach our individual and organisational environmental goals.

We develop policies to support employees’ work-life integration, to promote diversity and provide a stimulating and inclusive work environment to foster their development. For this reason eCom Scotland have achieved the Investor in People (IIP) award.

In addition eCom Scotland’s cleaning staff only use environmentally friendly cleaning products.

WildHearts in Action is the trading arm of the WildHearts Foundation, an office supplies company created to give organisations like eCom Scotland the ability to give money to charity without having to 'donate' a penny. WildHearts in Action puts compassion at the heart of business and allows people to make a difference while they make a living.
